Who we are

This website, revabyaver.co.uk, and the reva service are operated by Aver Generics. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aver Generics. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. If you have any questions, contact us at info@avergenerics.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your pharmacy or group name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Any details you choose to include in the message field

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site. Our hosting provider may collect standard, anonymised server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration of reva, and discuss a potential supply partnership. We will not sell your data or share it for marketing by third parties.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent (you chose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries about our services.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is handled by the Aver Generics team. We use trusted service providers to operate the website and deliver enquiry emails (for example our hosting and email-delivery providers), who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so where we are not legally required to retain it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@avergenerics.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
